First make a rectangular cake and cover the top completely with whip creme. Then slice a banana lengthwise into 5 thin layers. It may not be exactly 5 but should be around that#. Lay them like the WHITE stripes on the American flag. Leave the upper left hand corner blank except for whip creme.
Then slice 3/4 box of strawberries lengthwise and lay them like the RED stripes on the flag. Finally take a box of blueberries and take about 1/2 of the box and place them in the blank corner. Now all all you have to do is keep it refrigerated until you serve it.
Healthy and tasty!!

All you need is red and blue sprinkles and cookie dough. Even the kids can make these. All you do is use a star cookie cutter and cut the cookies and add the red and blue sprinkles, bake, and ENJOY.
Using red and blue flavored beverages, such as Kool-aid or Gatorade, pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Place some red, blue and clear cubes in a festive dessert glass and pour seltzer (flavored if you prefer) over the colored ice cubes. Toss in a little flag for added festiveness.
My son thought this was cool to help me in the kitchen and you can change up the colors to make year round if you like. (red and blue jello for 4th of July, orange and purple for Halloween, etc...)
