  • Yesterday was my youngest son's birthday and I can hardly believe he is 3. I started this website when he was still a baby and worked during nap time. It has been such a creative outlet for me.

I love my kids and being a mom but I also needed something that kept my brain active and challenged beyond Dr. Seuss and Little Critters books. If you can relate now is a great time to look into how to build your own website. Believe me if I can do something like this with 3 kids, and being busy, you can to.

Hurry time is almost up on the Survey

If you haven't taken our survey, I could really use your help. It will just take a few minutes or less. The information from the survey will help me as I'm adding a few improvements on the website.

I'll pick two winners on May 15. (not much longer!) Each winner can choose one of our Kids Cooking Activities ebooks, winners choice.

Here are the Kids Cooking Activities Ebooks the winner can choose from:
  • Kids Cooking Lessons
  • Food Facts
  • Dinner Menu Planning
  • Kids Cooking 2007 Summer Camp
  • Freezer Cooking
  • Kid Friendly Finger Foods and Dips
  • Theme Dinner Menus and Ideas
  • Kids Cooking Parties
  • World Studies

  • Summer Camp Coming

Be looking for the Kids Cooking Summer Camp. I'm working right now on finishing it so I will announce it in our next newsletter. It is a 7 week summer camp curriculum that you can use with one child or a group of kids.

Last summer I put together a cooking program for older chefs using our World Studies section and a Fun with Food program for younger and older chefs. It was a big hit and I'm hoping you will enjoy this summer's program just as much.

    Kids Cooking School Directory

My final note for today is to introduce the kids cooking school directory. I've had so many of you ask if and where you can sign up for cooking classes in your area, I've started putting the school directory together. We have several schools already listed and more added each week so if you don't see anything, in your area, hopefully something will be added soon.

If you own a kids cooking school, give kids cooking parties or cooking lessons this is the perfect place for you to advertise to people all over the world. Check out the kids cooking school directory for details.
