The Head Chef Notes
Happy New Year! It is the season of new beginnings and goal setting. One of the many new year's resolutions is eating healthier and exercising more. So like every year I'm going to try to make this a top priority again and involve my kids right along with me. Ask the Head ChefHelp my kids make such a mess when cooking.I hear this a lot and the most important thing I can say, is use this as a teaching opportunity. Teach them to clean up any spills as they occur, sweep with a broom, and wipe counters. Help them realize this is part of cooking and try to make it fun and not a chore. Kids will be kids and messes will occur so try to enjoy the time in spite of it all! Email us with your questions. Until next issue, Enjoy cooking with your kids!
