2 Avocados, cored
1 Lime
1/2 cup of water
• Make sure before you start cooking, your hands are washed well.
Before you cut open the avocados, wash them with cold water.
Then, dry them with a clean kitchen towel.
Now, it's time to cut the avocados open.
With parents help, use a sharp cooking knife to cut the avocado.
Cut it through the center, and take out the seed CAREFULLY.
Now, get a medium mixing bowl. With a fork, mash the avocados until soft and creamy- not bubbly and lumpy.
Now rinse the sharp knife; with warm water. Dry it.
Cut open the lime and squeeze it onto the avocados.
Mix it together with your fork.
Once soft and creamy again, add the water.
Now, it may seem like too much, but after you mix it for a while, it's creamy again.
Now, once it looks normal, put into a nice bowl.
(Such as a glass bowl.)
On the sides of the bowl, you'll possibly see avocado smeared.
So, get a napkin or paper towel and clean it off CAREFULLY.
Now, you're finished.
WHAT YOU MAY SERVE IT WITH:
I think it tastes best with Corn Chips.
You can get these in many varieties.
So, make a wise choice!
Enjoy!
