Asian lemon. Grass soup gluten free

Take a leftover whole roasted chicken in a pot with lemon grass root. Put on medium heat for 4 to 10 hours till it makes a broth.

Make rice noodles by soaking in hot water. Combine broth and noodles with raw veggies of your choice and cilantro, Thai basil and any Asian sauce!
