Bournbourn halwa is one of my favorite dishes as to be served before the meals.It includes the cold, sweet and crunchy taste to mesmerize oneself........................

Ingredients
a packet of bournbourn biscuits
custard powder tbsp
mixed fruits (apple,banana.strawberries,mangoes,etc)finely chopped
unsweetened whipped cream one cup
a circular container with a lid
half litre toned milk
5 tbsp sugar
one bar of diary milk chocolate(grated)

Procedure:
-Bring the milk to a boil.mix the custard powder in 4tbsp of water and mix it to the milk and add sugar and stir continuously to make a thick custard syrup.
-Let the custard syrup coll to the room temperature.
-Take the container and put the custard syrup to it as a base layer of about 1cm.
-Put the chopped fruits over the custard layer and cover the fruits layer with the unsweetened whipped cream.
-Break the bournbourn biscuits into small pieces and cover this layer with leftover custard syrup.
-Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the custard layer and close the container with the lid and put it in the freezer for about 4 hours till set
-Remove it from the freezer and keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
-Serve it cold before the main meals.........
