Ingredients
white sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce

Method
In a mixing bowl grate the cheese on the smallest part of the grater. Add all the other ingredients and mix everything together. Cheese paste sandwiches are also a favorite at parties - awesome at kids parties. You can be real creative with the paste when making sandwiches for kids.

Separate the paste in two to three sets, in one batch, add a drop of food coloring (red for example) and in another batch add green food coloring. Now make a sandwich using three pieces of bread and put the different colored paste on each piece of bread.

Use your imagination. When the sandwich is sliced in two or even four pieces, they look pretty. Very eye catching to kids. In my photo, I used this paste as a dip (another great idea) and it can be served with your favorite crackers. Using the paste as a dip would be better served at an adult gathering.
