Cheese
Short crust Pastry
different types of sauces* *optional



Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400F). Cut strips of pastry, you can cut them as wide as you like or as narrow... .

Spread sauces* onto pastry, then sliced cheese. Put in the oven until brown and crispy
