Crepes

My husband is French Canadian so when he saw what our pancake was he was disgusted. He showed us crepes and we've been eating them ever since. It's my kids favorite meal and when I don't feel like cooking it's so easy and they are SO happy.

We often have them for supper as well. Also the leftovers are kept in the fridge for quick roll ups with jam or I freeze them and have them already made for those crazy mornings. I do the same thing with french toast and then retoast the french toast in the toaster cut it into strips (french toaster sticks) with a side of syrup for dipping.
