1 box of shell noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb lean ground beef (can substitute ground turkey)
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Have an adult prepare the noodles, set aside. Pour olive oil in a saucepan and heat on Medium. Tear pieces of ground beef and place on skillet. Once browned, drain and add to noodles. Add mushroom soup and sauce. Mix in cheese and sauce and seasoning.
