1 cup plain flour 1 cup water 1 tsp baking powder 1 T. custard powder ( optional) 1 T. sugar 1 egg Pinch salt
Method: Mix flour, sugar, salt and custard powder in a jug. Whisk the water and add together, then add into the dry ingredients. Leave for about an hour. Then lightly grease a pan and cook the pan cakes.
