Eggs in a Bag

This is a great scrambled eggs recipe and real easy for kids to do too when camping.

You can also find this recipe for baggie omelets here.

1) Medium to Large freezer baggie
2) Crack however many eggs you want into the baggie
3) Include any extras, chopped ham/bacon, green pepper, tomato, whatever you want and don't forget shredded cheese.
4) Seal the bag-tight
5) Make sure boiling water in pot on camp stove is ready
6) Use LONG tongs OR marshmallow roasting stick. Poke the stick through the top of the bag. Make sure to allow enough room at the top so you can put the bag into the water.
7) Cook 5-7 mins
8) Scoop or pour onto plate and breakfast is served.

Quick, fun & easy! Enjoy!
