Fruit and Yogurt Tower of Power

A "Cooper's Kitchen" kids fave

Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup blueberries
1 cup bananas (diced)
1 cup strawberries (diced)

Directions:
Thoroughly mix together yogurt, honey, cinnamon and vanilla in mixing bowl.

In a 12 oz. drinking glass place 2 dollops of yogurt mixture on bottom, then 2 spoons of fruit (banana), 2 dollops of yogurt mixture, then 2 spoons of raspberries, 2 dollops of yogurt mixture, then 2 spoons of blueberries, etc. End with 2 dollops on the very top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the very top and shazam! Serves 4-6.

Easy, yummy and kids love it

I love this. It was easy to prepare and easy to clean up. And delicious and healthy. The kids thought it was as exciting to eat as ice cream because they had so much fun making it.
