Ingredients: 2 cups plain yogurt 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup blueberries 1 cup bananas (diced) 1 cup strawberries (diced)
Directions: Thoroughly mix together yogurt, honey, cinnamon and vanilla in mixing bowl.
In a 12 oz. drinking glass place 2 dollops of yogurt mixture on bottom, then 2 spoons of fruit (banana), 2 dollops of yogurt mixture, then 2 spoons of raspberries, 2 dollops of yogurt mixture, then 2 spoons of blueberries, etc. End with 2 dollops on the very top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the very top and shazam! Serves 4-6.
