Garam Chicken Dry (in 5 easy steps)
Things you need :
Washed Chicken legs
cardamom
fennel
cinnamon sticks
cloves
onions
oil
curry leaves
water
How to prepare:
1. First of all, we prepare the garam masala by blending cardamom, fennel, cinnamon sticks(broken into smaller pieces) and cloves into powder.
2. Take a pan and keep it on the stove and pour some oil. Now, fry the cut onions till they become a light brownish color.
3. Mix the garam masala(see how to prepare above) with the onions.
4. Now, put in the chicken legs and add some water. Stir well. Close the pan and allow the water to evaporate.
5. Finally, move the preparation into a plate garnished with curry leaves.
