Green Eggs and Ham

2 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheese or sprinkle as much as you'd like
salt and pepper, a shake of each
chopped ham
green food coloring
*shredded zucchini, if desired
In a small bowl beat eggs, cheese, salt and pepper and ham. Stir in zucchini if desired. Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring. Beat together. Cook in warm skillet stirring continuously and break up eggs.
