Indian Lassi

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
3 cups yogurt
½ cup sugar
4 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon Rooh-Afza (an Indian juice)
1 teaaspoon crushed nuts (almonds, cashews, and pistachios)

Description:
This is a perfect holiday item. Most of the Indians make this drink whenever they are having a get-together. This Indian drink can be served before, during, or after meal. Different people make it differently and this is the way I make it. The amount of the ingredients can be changed based on taste. It is really easy to make and tastes really great.

Method:
1. Blend milk, yogurt, sugar, ice-cubes, and Rooh-Afza together in a blender.
2. Garnish the drink with the crushed nuts.
3. The reflected amount serves about 4 people.
