Lesson 11
Kids
Cooking Lessons today will practice rolling dough by making sugar
cookies.
Rolling Dough and Using
Cookie
Cutters

Use already prepared cookie dough or make your own sugar
cookie dough. The purpose of this lesson is to practice rolling dough
so allow your child to do this step alone, unless help is needed, and
cut out with cookie cutters. Adult should bake.
If making cookie dough from scratch see recipe below. Please keep in
mind the Chef in Training age groups are better at 6 or less
ingredients so the adult should help or supervise while child prepares
dough or prepare the dough yourself ahead of time.
