There are Three Steps We
are Going to Do Today:
- Plan out the next week’s or month’s meals
whichever you'd like to do. Allow your Junior Chef to help with the
planning.
- Write out a shopping list for the next
week's menu. Don't forget breakfast and lunches, too!
- Take a trip to the grocery store and let
them do the shopping, with your supervision and instruction!
Here are some PDF sheets to print off and use for your lesson:

Hopefully after today's
lesson your Junior Chef will see a lot of work goes into planning,
preparing and cooking meals three times a day! Don't be afraid to let
the kids plan meals.
Allow them to help more with this from now on and
they will understand what needs to be done with meal planning everyday.
