Have Fun Cooking
International
Food

Have an international food night each month. Either
choose the special recipe you’d like to make or choose the country and
search for the recipe. This is a great way for the whole family to
learn about other nationalities and will help teenagers when they leave
home to discover other cultures and food.
Ideas for Cooking
International Food
- General Tso’s Chicken (Chinese)
- Enchiladas with Guacamole (Mexico)

Make an
International Theme Night
Have fun experimenting with recipes and learning about the country they
originate from. Learn a native dance, customs or dress as they would in
the country you are highlighting. The ideas can be far reaching and
full of opportunities for learning.
