Quiche Base: 3 eggs 1/2 cup half & half 2 Tablespoons flour 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper
Filling: 2 hamburgers chopped 1/3 Cup of diced seeded tomatoes 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
Topping: 1/3 Cup of shredded lettuce Preheat oven to 375 degrease. Whisk together quiche base in a bowl. Combine the filling and put into bottom of the baking pan. Pour quiche base over the dry ingredients. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce.
