250g(8oz)dried,or 350g(1oz)
fresh egg noodles.
For meatballs:
500g(1lb)minced lean beef or lamb
2 level teaspoons of died herbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon on flour
cooking oil,preferably olive oil
For tomato sauce:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
400g(14oz)can of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped basil
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
salt and ground black pepper
