Minty Chocolate Balls


4 Tablespoons gluten free cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 Cup coconut butter
A pinch salt
4 Tablespoons pure honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)


Allow butter to soften and mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Using a muffin scoop, scoop into small balls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.

Chill until firm.
