1 Cup pecans 4 oz. cream cheese 1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves 3/4 Cup milk
Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth (if consistency is too thick, add a little more milk). Toss with favorite cooked pasta (homemade or store bought). Heat on low/medium for a few minutes until warm. Serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
