Quick Butterscotch Fondue

Melt 1 Cup butterscotch chips and 1 Tablespoon milk, in microwave for one minute intervals stirring often until smooth. Dip strawberries, apple slices or bananas.

I think you could easily substitute any type of chips such as white chocolate chips, cherry chips, peanut butter chips, etc. for the butterscotch chips.
Also if you wanted it a thinner fondue add 1-2 Tablespoons more milk if it is too thick.
