ingredients:
serves 2
1/2 a tablespoon of dried parsley
extra virgin oil
1 egg
4 veal fillets
1 cup of bread crumbs
Tenderize veal with meat mallet
Put bread crumbs and parsley in shallow dish-mix together.
Whisk egg in separate bowl.
Dip veal in egg, then breadcrumbs and cook in oil!
My kids love this dish and when they start saying "I'm hungry" repeatedly at 5:30 and I realize that I have got nothing prepared I just whip up this dish and they love it!
