1 Banana peeled
1 orange peeled
6 frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups of orange juice
whip cream (any amount!)
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Enjoy <3 :)
By the way, you don't need the whip cream or vanilla extract, its just for taste and fun! And for the whip cream, you don't mix it, you put it right on top of every individual smoothie!

All you need is:
1 cup of strawberries (frozen is best)
1 cup of crushed ice
1 cup of Apple juice
2 containers of any yogurt (it gives it variety! Want EXTRA strawberries? Use strawberry!)
Mix in blender until smooth! Then, drink (use little umbrellas for a funky look!) and enjoy!
No measurements
Pour a little bit of orange juice and milk in a blender.
Next throw in some strawberries. Then any type of yogurt, I put in blueberry yogurt. Then put some ice cubes in with some ice cream for thickness. You can put any other fruit you want in.
P.s. this smoothie is great.

Delicious and Nutritious!
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. chocolate syrup
1/4 very ripe banana *
2 or 3 ice cubes, depending on desired thickness
1 tsp.vanilla extract
* you can slice up very ripe bananas and put them in a baggie or container beforehand and store in the freezer, taking a slice out each time you want to make this recipe or others containing bananas. It actually makes the smoothie thicker and colder and the very ripe bananas add a healthy dose of sweetness!

Start out with one cup water.
Slowly add melted chocolate until you've added one cup worth.
After you mix the two together add three cups chopped peaches. It may look funny at first but stir with a whisk for two minutes and put in the refrigerator for two hours.
When you return you'll have a nice cold snack awaiting you. Don't forget to garnish with peach slices.
Enjoy!
PS. Kids LOVE this.

1 Apple peeled and cut into slices
1 Orange peeled with pulp off and sectioned
1 Banana peeled and cut into slices
Ice cubes ( as many as it takes or as many as you want)
1 Cup of orange juice
Now what you want to do is add everything together into the blender. Then you want to mix it all. Make sure that you mix it until it is how you want it or until it is smooth. Then you can do what I like to do and put it in a fancy cup with a drink umbrella and treat your children like royalty. I know that my children love it and they tell me that it feels like their in Hawaii. Enjoy!
