Southern Omelet

Southern Omelet

Spray some cooking spray on a frying pan and put the stove on over Medium.

In a bowl, you'll need to mix 2 tablespoons of cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of bacon bits. In another bowl, you'll need to crack 2 eggs and mix until liquidy.

Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until the edges begin to look set(about 45 sec.). Holding the pan handle steady, use a spatula to gently lift up the sides, allowing the runny part of the egg to slide underneath.

When the center of the omelet no longer looks runny, apply and spread the cream cheese bacon mix to a side of the omelet. Then, you need to fold over the other half of the omelet and press down with your spatula to make the omelet stick shut.

When the omelet looks finished, turn off the oven and slide the omelet off the pan and onto a plate.

Enjoy this wonderful omelet with any kind of fruit and a nice glass of orange juice while your stomache has a blast!!!
