INGREDIENTS...............
a)grapes (in a small cluster),cranberries,bing cherries/blueberries
b)egg white
c)small nontoxic leaves (optional)
EQUIPMENT.................
a)paper towels
b)small bowl
c)fork
d)small,clean paintbrush or pastry brush
e)waxed paper
f)teaspoon
1)Wash fruits.Gently blot dry with paper towels or let air-dry on paper towels.
2)Beat egg white in a small bowl with fork until foamy.
3)Brush egg white onto each piece of fruit with paint or pastry brush,coating all sides of
fruit thinly and evenly
4)Place fruit on a waxed paper that has been covered with sugar.Sprinkle a light even coating
of fruit with teaspoon.If any any areas are not coated,repeat layers of egg white and sugar
5)Let sugared fruit stand at room temperature until coating is dry.Trim with nontoxic leaves,
if desired.
