Sweet potato and marshmallow puff pastry

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of mashed sweet potatoes (or fresh)
1/2 cup marshmallows
1 tube puff pastry dough
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup nuts (optional)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/8 cup nutmeg or pumpkin spice
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together butter, optional nuts, flour and brown sugar. Set aside. Then set out dough for about 5-10 minutes or u till not cold but not warm (room temp).

Shape into about 3x3 triangles. Set aside. In a mixer combine nutmeg or pumpkin spice with sweet potato or until smooth and thoroughly combine. Spread about 1/4 cup sweet potato onto dough triangles. Then dust with crumble (flour nuts butter and sugar mixture).

Fold each triangle in half & sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. eat with any meat or poultry. Makes 5-8 pastries!!
