Tadka Dal Soup

Take 25 grams boiled chickpeas and add a tablespoon of tomato puree. Put this mixture in the mixer/grinder with a few mint sprigs and grind it coarsely.

Add a handful of 5mm tofu cubes and a 5 tablespoons boiled pasta.

Blanch 5 spinach leaves and a medium sized carrot and make a puree.

Mix all of the above with a cup of vegetable stock.

Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon almond paste.

Stir well.

Garnish with 4-5 cashews and serve.
