Things you need:
a pinch of salt
turmeric powder
chili powder(according to your taste)
washed chicken legs(with bone)
an onion
few mint leaves
oil
coriander leaves
How to prepare:
1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
2. Mix the turmeric powder, chili powder and salt together.
3. Blend the mixture, the mint leaves and the chopped onions in a blender to obtain a smooth paste.
4. Leave the mixture undisturbed to cool for some time.
5. Apply the mixture over the chicken legs not leaving a spot empty.
6. Put a pan over the stove and pour some oil in it.
7. Fry the chicken till it becomes a light brown colour.
8. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
(According to the cook: for a different taste, try dipping the chicken in tomato sauce)
