Walnut Crusted Chicken and Caper Pasta

1 cup crushed walnuts
2 cups bread crumbs
1 pound chicken breast
4 egg whites.
7 tbls cream
1 clove crushed garlic
5 tbls shredded mozzarella
1 box angel hair pasta
3 tbls capers

1.mix walnuts and bread crumbs in a bowl
2.mix egg whites and 2 tbls cream with a whisk
3.trim fat off chicken
4.move chicken to breadcrumbs and coat.
5.put chicken on a greased pan and bake at 350 for one hour
6.mix remaining cream, garlic, and cheese in a pan until cheese is melted and the mixture thickens
7.cook pasta
8.remove chicken and cut into small pieces
9.add chicken pasta, and capers to the cream sauce and mix for 8-10 minutes
10. Enjoy! (add basil as a topping for extra flavors!)
