Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown
sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 16 oz package baby
carrots
- Salt and pepper, to
taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F if baking.
- Place baby carrots in a casserole dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter.
- Stir in brown sugar and honey until well
combined.
- Pour glaze over carrots. Season with salt and
pepper.
- Toss carrots to coat evenly.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–35 minutes, or until
carrots are tender.
OR cover and microwave 8–12 minutes,
stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary or herbs before
serving, if desired.
