Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cut in cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Gradually add spinach and sauté briefly until it wilts.
- Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and black pepper and stir until the cream cheese melts completely.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
