Easy Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe
A simple egg salad recipe that can be served on sandwiches, croissants, crackers, pita bread, lettuce wraps, or toast. Customize it with vegetables and cheese for extra flavor and crunch.
Ingredients
- 4 boiled eggs, peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickles or relish
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place the boiled eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, and pickles or relish.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
