Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
- 3 tablespoons peanut
butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa
powder, and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Continue cooking without stirring until mixture
reaches 238°F (soft-ball stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
- Add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a foil-lined 8×8-inch or 8×11-inch
pan.
- Chill until firm before cutting.
