5-Minute Granola Balls

Quick no-bake snack balls made with oats, peanut butter, and dried fruit. Perfect for kids, lunchboxes, and after-school snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons flax seed
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 Cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup raisins or craisins
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk, if needed
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend oats and raisins in a food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse.
  3. Add milk if needed.
  4. Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
