Ingredients
- 3 cups
homemade granola
- ⅓-½ cup honey
- ¼ cup peanut butter or nut
butter
- ½ cup finely shredded carrots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment
paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir
together honey and peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold in the finely
shredded carrots.
- Add granola and stir
until evenly coated.
- Spoon mixture into
prepared pan and press down very firmly using the back of
a spoon or clean hands.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes,
until lightly golden.
- Let bars cool completely
before slicing.
