Ham and Cheese Quiche
This kid-friendly quiche can be made as one pie or as small muffin cup quiches.
Ingredients
- Pie dough
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped ham
- Optional shredded carrots, shredded zucchini, or cooked chopped broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, stir eggs, milk, cheese, ham, and optional vegetables together.
- For mini quiches, use a large glass to cut pie dough circles and press them into muffin cups.
- Pour egg mixture into each crust.
- Bake about 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve with chopped tomatoes, salsa, hot sauce, or fruit salad.
