Ham and Cheese Quiche

This kid-friendly quiche can be made as one pie or as small muffin cup quiches.

Ham and cheese quiche

Ingredients

  • Pie dough
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chopped ham
  • Optional shredded carrots, shredded zucchini, or cooked chopped broccoli

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, stir eggs, milk, cheese, ham, and optional vegetables together.
  3. For mini quiches, use a large glass to cut pie dough circles and press them into muffin cups.
  4. Pour egg mixture into each crust.
  5. Bake about 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve with chopped tomatoes, salsa, hot sauce, or fruit salad.
