Ingredients
- 1 (4-serving size)
box lemon Jell-O gelatin
- ½ cup boiling water
- 8 oz cream cheese,
softened
- 2 cups Cool Whip or
whipped cream
- Graham cracker or
chocolate cookie crust
Instructions
- Prepare the crust and press it into a
heart-shaped pan. Set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool
slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until
smooth.
- Gradually beat gelatin into the cream cheese.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust.
- Chill several hours until set.
