Simple Heart-Shaped Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 (4-serving size) box lemon Jell-O gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust and press it into a heart-shaped pan. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat gelatin into the cream cheese.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  7. Chill several hours until set.
