Ingredients
- 4 to 5 okra, sliced
- 3 colored peppers, sliced or chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb. chicken strips or beef strips
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Cooked rice
Directions
- Saute chopped onions in a skillet for several minutes.
- Add the meat strips and cook until no longer pink.
- Add sliced okra and peppers and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- In a separate bowl, blend teriyaki sauce with cornstarch.
- Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and cook until thickened.
- Serve over cooked rice.
