Ingredients
- 28–30 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese
(about 1 cup), softened
- Chocolate for
dipping (milk, dark, or white)
Instructions
- Place Oreo
cookies in a sealed bag and crush into fine
crumbs.
- Transfer crumbs
to a mixing bowl and stir in softened cream
cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture
into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze truffles
for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate
in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30
seconds until smooth.
- Dip each
truffle into melted chocolate, using a spoon to
coat.
- Place on wax
paper and sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs if
desired.
- Chill until
chocolate is set.
