Oriental Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • Garlic, to taste
  • 2–3 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic until combined.
  2. Place chicken wings in a large zip-top bag or container and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet or baking dish.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, turning wings halfway through cooking time, until fully cooked and caramelized.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes
