Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon
juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Garlic, to taste
- 2–3 pounds chicken
wings
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix
brown sugar, soy sauce, water, Worcestershire
sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic until
combined.
- Place chicken
wings in a large zip-top bag or container and
pour marinade over them. Refrigerate several
hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to
350°F.
- Arrange wings
in a single layer on a baking sheet or baking
dish.
- Bake for 1
hour, turning wings halfway through cooking
time, until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Serve warm.

- Kids can help measure and mix the marinade.
- Use gloves when handling raw chicken.
- Line the baking sheet with foil for easy
cleanup.
Notes
For crispier wings, increase
oven temperature to 400°F during the last 10–15
minutes. Always discard marinade that has touched
raw chicken. Store leftovers in the refrigerator
for up to 3 days.
