Peaches and Cream Breakfast

A creamy peach breakfast made with peaches, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sweetener.

Peaches and Cream Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can of sliced peaches in light syrup, drained well
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • Sweetener to equal 1 tablespoon of sugar

Directions

  1. Slice 4 of the peaches very thin and set aside.
  2. Place the remaining peaches into the blender.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and process until well blended.
  4. Add in the cream cheese and sweetener and blend until smooth.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 4 serving cups and garnish with the reserved peach slices.
Breakfast Tip: This makes a cool and creamy fruit breakfast or snack.
