Pizza Quiche
Pizza quiche combines breakfast eggs with pizza flavors kids already love. This is a fun breakfast-for-dinner recipe and works well for brunches or cooking classes.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni chunks
- Ham chunks
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sprinkle most of the cheese over the pie crust.
- Add pepperoni and ham over the cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, flour, basil, salt, and pepper together.
- Pour egg mixture into the pie crust.
- Top with remaining cheese, pepperoni, and ham.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly browned.
Try these variations: mushrooms, peppers, sausage, olives, spinach, or extra pizza seasoning.
