Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake
mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3 oz) package
cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
- 3 eggs
- Powdered sugar (for
topping), optional
- Fresh fruit (for
serving), optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to
350°F. Grease and flour a loaf pan or
bundt-style pan (or use baking spray).
- In a mixing
bowl, beat cake mix, milk, softened cream
cheese, vanilla, and eggs until smooth and well
combined.
- Pour batter
into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40
minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the
center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan
for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack
to cool completely.
- Dust with
powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit if
desired.
