Chicken Quiche
This chicken quiche is a good way to use leftover chicken in a breakfast or brunch recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- Optional 1/2 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- Pie crust
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, milk, eggs, cheese, optional broccoli, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a pie crust.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until lightly browned and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
