Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3 cups 1/2-inch pieces rhubarb
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- Prepared pie crust
- 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine, if desired
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add sugar and flour.
- Add rhubarb and strawberries and stir together.
- Prepare pie crust in pie plate.
- Pour rhubarb mixture into pie crust.
- Top with butter if desired.
- Cover with top crust and add slits.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until crust is golden and pie is bubbly.
