Tortilla Snowflakes

Ingredients (Per Child)
- 1 (9-inch) soft
tortilla
- A little butter (for
frying)
- Icing sugar / powdered
sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Fold the tortilla in half, then in half again.
- Using clean scissors, cut out shapes along the
edges (like making a paper snowflake).
- Unfold carefully to reveal the snowflake shape.
- Melt a little butter in a frying pan. Cook
tortilla snowflake a couple minutes per side until
lightly golden.
- Remove and place on a tray with lots of icing
sugar. Coat well, then eat and enjoy.

snowflake cutting with paper before using tortillas.
- Safety: Adults handle the hot pan
and flipping.
