Tortilla Snowflakes

Ingredients (Per Child)

  • 1 (9-inch) soft tortilla
  • A little butter (for frying)
  • Icing sugar / powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Fold the tortilla in half, then in half again.
  2. Using clean scissors, cut out shapes along the edges (like making a paper snowflake).
  3. Unfold carefully to reveal the snowflake shape.
  4. Melt a little butter in a frying pan. Cook tortilla snowflake a couple minutes per side until lightly golden.
  5. Remove and place on a tray with lots of icing sugar. Coat well, then eat and enjoy.
