Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 oz semisweet
chocolate
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
- Finely chopped nuts
(walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
Instructions
- Place butter
and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in
20-30 second intervals, stirring until melted
and smooth.
- Stir in
powdered sugar and vanilla until well combined.
- Refrigerate
mixture until cool enough to handle, about 30
minutes.
- Lightly butter
your fingers and roll mixture into small balls.
- Place chopped
nuts in a shallow bowl.
- Roll each
truffle in the nuts to coat.
- Chill truffles
again until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
